StellaShop Shipping & Returns Policy

We like to move fast—and that includes your order.

Shipping Options

We offer two shipping methods to get your StellaPop goods to your door:

* Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-7 business days
* Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-3 business days

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and will be clearly displayed at checkout—there will be no surprises.

Order Processing Time

We process orders within 1-2 business days (because we know waiting isn’t fun). Once your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number via [USPS, UPS, DHL, or FedEx] so you can follow its journey.

International Shipping

We currently ship to Canada, the UK, Australia, and select other countries. Delivery times and shipping costs for international orders vary by destination and will be shown at checkout. Heads up: International customers are responsible for any customs fees or import duties.

Returns & Refunds

Not feeling the love? No problem.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery as long as the item is in its original, unused condition. Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
